I hereby grant EdLoC permission to use my likeness in a photograph or video in any and all of its publications, including personal and promotional website entries, without payment or any consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of EdLoC and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize EdLoC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo/video for purposes of publicizing EdLoC programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.

EdLoC is committed to safeguarding the health and well-being of our employees and their families; partners and visitors; others who engage with staff in in-person meetings, and our communities at large. EdLoC also works with its partners and vendors to identify additional policies aimed at minimizing COVID-19 exposure and preventing its spread.

With the health and safety of all in mind, EdLoC is requesting all guests provide proof of vaccination before attending an event. For those unable to provide proof of vaccination, proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to the event date or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 24 hours prior to the event start time will be accepted in-person.
